I don't know about you, but a Table Top Lobster Bake seems like the best way to get summer off to culinary bang...

This is a great recipe for Steamed Lobster with a Roasted corn and Herb Butter Sauce:

Roasted corn Herb Butter Sauce

1 Ear Fresh Corn
1 Pound Butter, Clarified (ouch)
1/2 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Chervil
1/3 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Flat-Leave Parsley
1/2 Teaspoon Minced Fresh Chives
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper

Soak corn in water 15 minutes.  Roast at 450 for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.  Let stand 5 minutes.  Cut kernels from cob.  Combine kernels and remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan; keep warm.

Serve with steamed lobster, boiled red potatoes, corn on the cob and crisp salad.
